Stop complaining about the bugs. Keep the place clean! I have walked down the hallway and as people were coming out of their apartments I could not help but look in and see the apartments were not just dirty but filthy, filthy, filthy. If you have bugs, get some raid or keep calling the complex to get rid of them. You have a right to call them everyday since you are paying for that service in your rent. The people that work in the complex show up as soon a I call them. I am respectful to them and they help me whenever they can.

Anybody who would recommend this place has some serious issues, like s/he grew up in a barn and doesn't know any better. You haven't a clue if you think that the bug problem can be solved by keeping clean. Clearly you haven't read others' accounts of this place. Or, more likely, you're Cassie, trying to hold onto her job.

You are so wrong in your statement. You must be the management writing some type of lie. My friends keep their apartments clean, yet they suffer with other people's roaches, and The Woodner is infested with bed bugs. So, yes, the complaints will still continue as far as the bug problem is concern.

Maybe those who complain should seek advice from an entomologist. This is a problem since time immemorial and nobody has a lasting solution. Will apartment hopping and complaining treat the problem?

Bugs CAN be beat ...I live here, I'm staying ... and I had bed bugs for a couple of years -- thought I would 'go postal.' Finally, after doing ALL my own research, I had maintenance SEAL ALL the spaces between my floors and walls, all cracks EVERYWHERE, and REPAINT...then, I requested (Joe Milby, the manager) that pest control STEAM ALL my furniture, and SPRAY... 3 TIMES ... no more bug problems... and, I'm on the list to have pest control come through, regardless of any 'noticed' problem, every couple of months ...a large part of the problem in this building is that some residents never report the problem -- either they don't care, or they don't want anyone in their apartment ... and those are the residents that management is working to GET OUT of here ... the key is to REPORT any problem neighbors to management or to security ... and do it in WRITING and keep a COPY for your files ... I just got sick and tired of living in the third (or fourth) world ... speak up, act up !!!
