Pretty good so far

Been here 8 months so far.
Pros:
location!
very quiet (as in I can't hear neighbors at all---Connecticut Ave is another story)
Hardwood floors, decent sized bedroom and closets.
Friendly staff (I haven't had to deal with maintenence yet, so can't comment)
parking is pretty easy to find

Cons:
wall paint is cracking/flaking off in living room and bedroom...started after we moved in
No dishwasher
not enough washers and dryers in laundry room
I'll wait to comment on rent until I see how much it increases...
