When we first moved to Tunlaw Gardens, we absolutely loved it. The manager was very kind, and, most importantly, responsive. Unfortunately, that manager has since moved on to I believe another Smith Property, so we are now stuck with an unresponsive manager who is completely incapable of returning phone calls.



Don?t think to ask him ANYTHING. You?ll most likely be met with a blank stare followed by complete confusion.



Will more than likely leave when my lease is up, which is unfortunate because the apts are nice and well insulated. Forget about parking though. People in this neighborhood don?t know how to park.



I can not recommend this complex. I expect service from a Smith Property.
