I moved 2 months ago, and I truly love this place. The apartments are almost perfectly sound proof - I've only heard my neighbors once and that's because they were having a large party. The floors are a beautiful parquet, but protect sound like cement - no sound going through there!

The neighborhood is green, green, greeen with lots of people out and about. There's a grocery store, several beverage stores, a block buster, cvs, and starbucks near by. Plenty of parking - only a problem late at night, and then I can usually still find a place within 4 blocks.

The staff is great and the property is well-maintained. The only problem I've had is the microwave - they can't seem to get it working properly and they don't want to replace it because it's new.
