I just moved in from LA and this was a welcome place to start in from. The leasing staff of course is much friendlier than the property/maintanence staff but then again what's new.

For the price (this apartment is twice what I paid living in LA! if you can believe it) its an acceptable value as it includes utilities, has microwave, stove, dishwasher & refrigerator. The apartment is airtight & I can only hear my neighbors when I stand near my front door... other than that it's very quiet. Perks are that it is within walking distance of the grocery stores, dry cleaners, and some cool bars/restaurants.

I am happy to stay here for a year until I learn my way about & try to find a more reasonable place with a little more personality.
