I have been living in Tunlaw Gardens for nearyl 8 years. My rent use to go up 8% each year, but last year it went up nearly 20% and this year they shot it up nearly 20% again. I am now moving, the cost is too much for what they offer. They are way overcharging.

There are a lot of tunlaw residents moving b/c of this! It's outrageous.
