I have a great apartment. Hardly any noise from neighbors. Great maintenance guys. The just painted the building lobbies and they look great. Was an excellent area for pets, but now the city had posted "no dogs allowed signs" on the park at 40th and Calvert creating quite and uproar among area dog owners, but that is not the apartments fault. Parking is an issue and my car bumpers are a mess from street parking. A parking space rents for $250 a month - too steep for me. Overall pretty decent, but the prices are skyrocketing. If my rent goes up as much as that of some of my neighbors - I may be forced to move.

Yes, we felt this way too, until our rent went WAY up.
