I've lived in Tunlaw Gardens almost 2 years and I love it. I love that it's an old building, I love the lay-out and I love the closet space. I have a new kitchen and that is great too. I had had some maintenance issues and for the most part, they do get resolved, but it might take a couple of days. Once, I told them it couldn't wait a couple of days and the issue was resolved that day.

Staff is very friendly, but I wish the office was opened at least one night a week until 7 or 8 so i could get packages, but they will deliver them to your apt. if you ask. I think if you're polite to the staff, they're polite back to you -- I never really had a problem anywhere I've lived because I figure you get more bees with honey.

The rent is a little pricey, but everything in the area is.

I also pay for a parking space, so that helps a lot. I can also hear my upstairs neighbor at times. She tends to stomp around in heels at 7:00am and I can sometimes hear the drunken 20somethings coming home.
