We moved in 6/07 and were told a fitness center would be in the basement by the end of September. It is nearly March and they're not half-way there. The problem is no access to personal storage until project complete, only two washers and two dryers for over 120 units, and *lots* of noise. Water and heat are turned off with little notice. In spite of multiple complaints, management doesn't care. Maintenance staff are among the worst I've encountered, causing damage while trying to fix things. The parking space we rent is often "lent" to contractors by concierge and management staff. We'd move if we thought we wouldn't have to continue to pay our exorbitant rent until the apt was filled.
