This building is a big project with over 280 units. The security is terrible. I know several people who were robbed, stabbed to death, raped, shot, and maimed in this building while security did nothing. If you need protection, you have to call DC police (MPD). There are also homeless people who sleep in the trash rooms and laundry rooms. The kids in the building pull the fire alarms everyday and vandilize the building all night long. The majority of the tenants receive a subsidy from HUD on their rent. And this property is surrounded by 6 other section 8 buildings. The neighborhood is a high crime area and they sell drugs even in front of the police. This is a terrible place to live!
