Not too Bad, Not too Good

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004
 
I have lived in Tyler House apartements for about 5 years and it has not changed since then. Children are still in the hallways at all times of the night making noise, and the security gaurds get TOO comfortable with the residents and start to let them clutter the lobbey and do what they want to do. The Tyler House apartments isn't a very bad place to live but alot of changes over here need to be made.
