This place is terrrible the have been murders, apartment break-in, robbery at gun point all in side the building and the sad part about it happen to the resident that live there I truly hope that they do close this building down right along the rest of them. Tyler was a nice place to live but know anybody that care about their life or childrens don't move in that place.

I've lived in tyler house for 10 years. I can say it was some fun and boring times. But there was some good and bad times. But over all it is a nice place to live. Even if you have children they have a daycare cener, a computer lab, comunity room, and a pool.

you need to learn how to spell, maybe go to the daycare center with the kids bcuz you are slow as ----! any way half of the words you typed here are spelled wrong, and tyler house is a mess back in the 90's and now people have gotten stabbed, shot and killed in the building in front and the back of the building and in sursum cordas and temple courts as well, i grew up in the neighborhood on new york ave in a house and i used to feel safe and knew almost every 1 around the area but now the kids are growing up and its a lot of new faces around there, i dont really feel safe at all walking or being round there and i used to hang out all types of hours around that joint, but now i wouldnt do it u never know whats gonna happen or who will try you, drus being used and being sold around there for a long time its a shame, please dont move in this neighborhood its not the same it used to be ok but when the late 80's til now hit, its just a mess and dangerous now, the kids have no respect and they are just some anything ass people so move else where oh tyler house have biig ass rats outside of the building climbing up the walls on the front and in the bushes so if they out front they got to be in the building, o gosh! i used to hang round there so i know
