Very quiet, front faces Rock Creek Park overlooking Connecticut Ave bridge into Woodley Park. Back faces Ashmead St. Very nice neighborhood, leafy, tall old trees. Only complaint is very tight street parking. Building is pretty standard & nice -- no extras really. Just washer/dryer in basement, trash chutes & recycling receptacles on each floor. Large, light, airy lobby. All floors & lobby recently renovated -- new lights, paint, carpet, moldings, windows. Very important upgrade. Big windows in units, back faces southwest, wide street, lots of light, even on lower floors.
