I love the location, the neighborhood is incredible, mainly surrounded by single family homes, very quiet. Great location in respect to Adams Morgan and Dupont. However, I live on the first floor, and pests are quite a problem. I have consistent roaches, and also occasionally mice.

While this problem may be specific to my unit, the building management sprays for mice and roaches for free whenever you want, which is an indication that they are aware and seemingly embarrassed by the problem. When I signed up for a spraying for roaches, the woman at the desk said, "Yeah, they love this building." Didn't instill much confidence.
