Great little gem in the city

You have the realities of any large building here, but rarely can you find a residence like this so close to downtown DC or Dupont circle. The immediate neighborhood is quiet and tree-lined (but parking can be a nightmare on Friday and Saturday nights). You are close to a metro, the halls and lobby have recently been renovated, half the apartments overlook Rock Creek parkway. Great Place!
