I have been a resident of Van Ness South for several years. We have seen managers come and seem them go; but when they forced Kim to resign, we lost an excellent Manager. She was fair, honest and ran this building like clock work.

I've spoken to many of the staff members and they all miss her as much as we did.

It has been almost 4 months since her departure and all of us notice the negative change.

It would bahoove Smith to beg her to come back.
