Washington's finest. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/28/2003 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2003   I've been living here at Van Ness for the past 6 years and the place has been nice all along, but recently it has been better since we got our new management and chief engineer. Ramona in the office has fixed problems that had existed for years and we had a couple of water shutdowns that had actually been fixed ahead of schedule. Any building can only be as good as the team which works there...this building is as good as gold!
