After looking at DC apartments non-stop for two weeks, and being grossly disappointed, we settled on Van Ness. We've lived here for two months, and so far it's the best bang for the buck. Very quiet, convenient to stores. Not the most beautiful, but good looking enough. Adult tenant base (as opposed to undergraduate students) for the most part. Management fairly responsive so far. Price was right.
