Staff changes and management issues! The previous maintenance staff was about the best we ever had, now we no longer have an actual engineer or maintenance manager. Now we are left with a second rate management team and a few handimen. The rent is high and the service is low. There are alot of other nice buildings in the area for less money, you should really look around before you sign here.
