Do not recommend building due to management

I have lived here for two years and would not recommend this building to anyone. The property management is not responsive - they took over a year to fix an appliance. Also, the rent increases are ridiculous. The property managment staff is not friendly or helpful. The only thing I can recommend is the convienence to the metro and the grocery store that is re-opening soon.
