Major pest problems. I have lived in many apartments over the years. In 8 months, we have had both ants and mice. In fact I ended up buying a new car because my car ended up with a rodent infestation. The building has a problem.

Parking is also a major problem. People park in your assigned space and there is very limited guest parking. I've had to change my space several times because of leaks dripping on my car damaging the paint.
