We moved here in July and have enjoyed it for the most part. The apartment is spacious with tons of great closet space, nice wood floors, and an updated kitchen and bathroom with nice cabinetry. We've seen one or two bugs but no signs of mice or roaches. We have not heard our neighbors although we do smell smoke from the neighbor downstairs. The gym is a nice feature and the lobby is very classy. Don't know anything about parking since there's no need for a car here. The metro is right next door, along with the newly renovated Giant grocery store.
