****The fire alarms didn t work when the fire killed the woman here. **** NOISE- There is construction nearby most days at 8am that will wake you up M-F. MANAGEMENT- Email the corporate office in Denver your complaint, then follow up with a phone call to corporate. Although this is aggravating, the local service people will come to fix issues within a week. Instead of leaving the service requests there indefinitely. If you don t follow this advice and go to the leasing office to complain, then take a number. There may be two or three people ever 15 minutes waiting to yell at the manager. STAFF- men have flirted with me , stood over me yelling, and called me pet names since I am a woman. REPAIRS- They may choose not to repair things like broken windows. Or they may halfway repair things, like leaking plumbing. Halfway means that they problem will reoccur weekly and they will get mad at you for continuing to report it. They will then ignore your issue until you call their corporate number. MAIL OR DELIVERIES -Ask your friends and family members to give you notice before they mail anything. The front desk may or may not ever call you when you have boxes. They also misplace the boxes sometimes. RATS, MICE, ANTS- yes they are here. Management denies it, but I have seen it. ELEVATORS- are damaged and they lie and say they will be fixed in a month or two. Six months later they are still not fixed. GROCERY CARTS- are abandoned on the floors and elevators.
