GREAT PLACE!!! BUT CONCERNED ABOUT MANAGEMENT

OK....Manor Village is in a well kept neighborhood for what I have notice so far, I just moved here from Capitol Hill. I am concerned about some things management should do.
* Maintenace needs to paint the hallway it looks like it wasnt painted since the building been built.
*STOP EXCEPTING PEOPLE WITH 3 to 4 kids in a two bedroom apartment.They make the neighborhood look bad, when they loiter and hang around.
* Hire a better repair man he's a dame joke!
* When you except section 8 vouchers make sure the resident is employed, because their the ones making the neighborhood look ghetto.
*Keishona is a joke!She lyies to the residents to make them happy I've ask her to tell maintenace about my problem in my bathroom and she never did. shes a joke also!
*MY HALLWAY IS NEVER MOPED, nor swept!!!!!
*Fix the big washer machine in the laundry room. Why would you have it there and not fix it...thats dumb!
The Postive things about Manor Village...
The Clean up crew is Wonderful they make sure the neighborhood is kept everyday, like I've said the repairman is a dame joke, he's lazy and a lyier on top of that I wouldnt trust him in my house alone.
NO ROACHES......THATS A GOOD THING WHEN YOU LIVE IN SE.
NO MICE.
