cheap and convenient for first time movers ONLY

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
I have lived in these apartments for 3 yrs and NEVER seen mice at all, i have seen them outside the building but never in my house but other than that these apatments are ok to live in if this would be your very first apt.(THIS WAS MY FIRST APT.) i never had problems w/ noise but i did have snitching neighbors but that was about it. oh and another thing if u need BIG closet space dont move here cause the closets are small thats one of the reasons i moved out,Maintance is not all that good either,but like i said it you want something cheap or you are looking for your very first apt then this is the place to come.
