Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
I lived in Walter Reed from May 2003 - November 2005. It was a great experience for the price. All utlilities included made it even better. I could walk to the Takoma Park metro station, or take the 71 bus all the way to the National Mall or Silver Spring, Maryland.
The only problem I had was the fact that it was an old building. While living there, I developed a few allergies which went away with over the counter medication.
Other than that, I loved the place.
