I just moved in here and so far it has been a good experience. I got a corner studio so it's a nice size, but I really thought the regular studios were claustrophobic (too small in my opinion). No pests or creepy people, but very thin walls. My neighbors have had parties until 3 or 4 am on weeknights that woke me up. The noise is really my biggest problem with the place. Management staff is nice and professional and the building is well kept-up. Very old building (my bathroom colored 70's yellow!) but everything works and they really try to keep it nice.
