The amenities are quite good, BUT . . . The prices are high, the service and maintenance are dismal. It takes multiple calls to get even a call back from the service and maintenance. The main problem is the staff. They are not responsive and use the building amenities at their convenience to the detriment of residents. Employees occupy the circle drive in front, so that residents cannot be dropped off at the door. Employees occupy parking spaces in the garage while there is a resident waiting list for parking. Emergency maintenance is unavailable afterhours -- it's simply an answering machine, and no one ever calls back, even when business hours roll around.

Sounds spot-on to me. Another thing-- it advertizes as coming with free high speed internet. Well, it's slow as Christmas -- an over-subscribed T1 line, and it goes down aloy.
