My experience at the Mansion has been pleasent since I initially moved in 2005. I now am starting to see the staff really turn up the customer service volume. I don't see how you can have a bad experience in such a small building. I really have enjoyed my stay thus far and my intent is to stay until I'm ready to buy. I would refer anyone to the Mansion.
