Check out this place. It's a must see. The maintenace guy ------sleeps in the empty apartments when he's suppose to be working. The manager ----- looks like the ----- ------------------. Her -------- is the leasing slut I mean consultant. In addition, her -------- sleeps around with some of the residents. I mean wow! That's an excellent show of service! Her primary boyfriend gets a break on his apartment. That's a show of discrimination right' I mean, wouldn't that entitle us to the same concession as what her boyfriend received if we slept with ------- as well' Oh well, go figure. Unfortunately you missed the part about the boyfriend ----- going into the neighboring building Totten Place and smoking Weed in a side stairway. Man that's awesome! They probaly purchase the stuff together from the same dealer over at the Howard U dorm next door. ----- knows about this and has no issue with it. Hell she may smoke some of that stuff with him. In fact she smokes it with him when her -------- takes -----'s pit bull on tours with people that may potentially move in. Wow ----- is a really cool manager. And just think about, Warder Mansion is a place of prestige. This complex is a historical landmark. What other place of this nature would you find cool stuff like this going on' It's a good thing Main Street Realty has -----. Don't you think' What would they do without her' Oh yeah, I know. They would finally have a respectable operation.

In all sincerity I'm looking forward to leaving. I must say the building is honestly really cool. It's historical and it does has character. It has an old world feel to it. It's just that the present management does a poor job of representation. This place use to feel exclusive. Now its nothing more than a "Hole in a wall". I spoke to a few others within the mansion, and they feel the same way. I like and will miss the apartment. I however won't miss the management team that lacks so much professionalism that they have me chomping at the bit to leave. This place has turned into really poor quality. It's a real shame. When a place like this has borderline adequete service ffrom staff, it's a winner. If you're interested, consider this place after there is turnover within the office. Stay clear of -----!
