All of the reviews about Washington Apartments are true! I've been unfortunate enough to live here for two years and cannot wait until my lease is up so I can get out of here. The only thing that this place has going for it is the parking, of which most of the time is taken up by people who do not even live here. People are always hanging out front drinking and smoking pot, and the next morning there are bottles and cans in bags left all over. They smoke in the hallways and leave their trash in the halls for days on end. I saw a mouse in my apartment just the other day. The maintenance is terrible and the management company is worse. The "glazing" is coming off of my tub and the kitchen counter is bowed and coming away from the wall. The windows don't fit in the sill very well and whenever the wind blows the curtains move. It's very bad for heating in the winter. Luxury Apartments' Hardly. Refurbed section 8 housing is what it is. If I had to sum it up in two words they would be "Dumphole Central".
