These are terrible apartments! The 'safety' features never work, the neighborhood is unsafe (I was mugged a half block from my apartment), and the management is incompetent - they threatened to evict me because they forgot to credit my payment! The parking lot is often full if you come home after 6pm, and there is nothing to do in the immediate neighborhood. Our apartment had bedbugs for months; the management did come to spray, but it's nearly impossible to eradicate them. Plus, the cost is way too high for this neighborhood and for what you get. There are some really nice residents here, but it's just not worth it.

bed bugs and mice and people hanging out and known drug dealers and rival gangs visit the community day and night. shootings all the time at night.
