I have lived at Washington apartments for 4 year now and yes while there have been physical improvements, the management blows. We have seen our quiet apartment complex go to the dumps. All kinds of people have been moving in lately and when we complain of noise or other issues all we get is some excuse. I have had it and would not recommend moving here. Yes it's convenient but it's not worth the headache or the money.
