The rent we paid was decent for the DC area but now they're asking an arm and a leg from new tenants. Now it's the cost of a "luxury" apt but this sure isn't one. For one thing the management sucks. Not a professional management company by any means. You'd think some lazy high school kids ran the complex. Also, I get the feelings part of the complex is section 8.....
Plus, the neighborhood is alright as long as you live really really close to the metro. Go one block the wrong way and you could pretty much get shot. Yep. Anyway, I'll look elsewhere for what they're charging now. Not worth it.
