This is the worst apartment complex in the dc metro area. It is disgusting, i've seen multiple mice, and cochroaches in the apartment. The management specifically the property manager is so incompetant and totally unprofessinal so she fits in well. This place is better off being ran by hamsters, b/c they would get more done. They ask $1500 for a 2 bedroom and all u hear at night is gunshots. And dont walk at night b/c your asking to get mugged, i also almost got carjacked but i sped off. You got your local pharmacy in every building so u dont need to go to CVS to get ur drugs. Theres also a drinking party every night so bring your 40 to the courtyard, u might even get high from all the marijuana they smoke just walking to your apartment! The ghetto property manager does nothing when you ask her for mice and roach exterminator, best part is they have a no cat policy so the place is infested with mice. The maintence is decent and works hard but none speak english. The parking is good, although the gate is ghetto and barely works. Dont be fooled by your initial impression, cuz i was and im regretting it.
