To the decent, hard-working professional who moved to DC to make a difference....save yourself the trouble and don't consider moving to Washington Apartments (unless you have a full time secretary who has the time and patience to deal with the management). The RENT' (Sure, ok, look around. It doesn't take Einstein to know what's going on) The MANAGEMENT' (Someone needs to contact the BBB and DOH cuz there's way too many illegal stuff going on).
