- parking is good
- neighborhood is quiet with a few exceptions
- leasing staff / business staff is not great
- maintenance is ok
- too much street noise
- too much people noise after 10pm
- a bit overpriced
- not all appliances were new upon move-in as promised
- grounds are nice but could be a bit better for the price
I don't have a problem reccommending this place but be advised that you can do better in MD or VA. Leasing and business staff really needs to be more professional and friendlier, it is really unfortunate. I feel that this a a fair assessment of Washington Apartments.
