This is a great place to live. The management and maintenance is great. Finding an apartment in the city, that allows dogs was very difficult. But I LOVE Washington House. It is so wonderful. They are very responsive and accommodating. There is no assigning parking. The building only have a few spots. However, Florida Ave has plenty of parking, it has never been a problem finding a spot on the street.
