Washington House

Very nice, but a little noisy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/7/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Overall, this is a wonderful, well-kept, beautiful place to live. The Washington House is close to tons of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, metro, etc ... very convenient location. The apartments are lovely with the best studio floor plan I've seen. The walls are *very* thin and the noise can be disturbing - especially if you live downstairs from a dog with long nails or a person who doesn't place a carpet over the floors. Maintenence is absolutely amazing here - they respond immediately and are super friendly.
