Okay for city living

I have lived here for a few months, and it's just okay. It's nice because I can actually have my dog in this building, and for a building that takes pets, it's not run-down or disgusting. Plus, it's fairly reasonable in terms of price considering its location and its flexible pet policy.
I have found, however, that the management staff isn't always the most accomodating here. When I moved in, it was very difficult, since it had to be around their approved hours. We can only do laundry during set hours. Some of the people are a lot nicer about it than others (in truth, there is only one staff member here who is unfriendly -- the rest are very nice), but I have been "lectured" several times about things that, in every other apartment I have lived in, were never big deals at all.
Oh yes, in terms of layout, this building reminds me of a dorm, which has its negatives and its positives. You get to know your neighbors, which is nice. You can hear almost everything, however, which stinks.
