Washington House

Great place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The Washington House was a great find, especially after having dealt with other Management Companies who don't seem to care about their tenants. I have lived in both a studio and a 1 BR apartment here. The building is in a prime location, and parking is not too bad. It is only hard to find a spot when you get home late from work/class. I will agree with the other comments that the walls seem to be paper thin, and if you don't have pets you still get to hear a lot of barking. But, its the city, if you want quiet, move to the country. The building is well maintained and maintenance requests are fulfilled almost immediately. The management and staff are pleasant and helpful. The roof deck is really nice too. As far as price goes, rent is very reasonable considering the location and the level of customer service.
