I don't recommend this place! From: 20009renter Date posted: 9/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   My apartment has roaches and other bugs crawling around. They offer monthly pest control but that just makes it worse. I have a studio and for $50 more a month, you can get a much nicer studio in the DC area...even directly across the street from here. I can also hear everything (leashes rattling, key jangling, etc) when people walk in the hall. Even in the remodeled apartments, everything still gives an old/rundown impression.
