Great locale, decent price From: indieboycott@yahoo.com Date posted: 9/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   The best thing to me about this builing is that you absolutely cannot hear your neighbors. The street is a little noisy, but is mostly just a dull buzz. Some mice and roaches occasionally, but over clean.
