The Washington House is a great apartment building. The location is one of the best in the city close to U Street, Dupont circle, and Adams Morgan. The staff can't be beat. They really aim to take care of their tenants. The apartments themselves are nice and there's a great roofdeck too. A great value for the price, especially compared to others in the neighborhood.
