Excellent Management

I lived in DC under P & T for 2 years and could not recommend a better management company. I moved into the District straight out of college, and while conducting a thorough apartment search, I met Tony. Compared to other leasing agents, Tony built a very personal relation with me. He was very helpful and committed to finding the apartment that would fit me. He showed me a multitude of apartments and was very honest and upfront about the pro's and con's of each. I ended up choosing an apartment two blocks off the strip in Adam's Morgan. I lived there for two years and had an excellent experience. I interacted with Tony and the other members of P& T like Christina on a regular basis. I always felt like family with them. They were always attentive and helpful in any minor issues that may arise. I highly recommend P&T if you are looking for a place in DC. Ask for Tony or Christina.
