How can this dump have a 73% approval rating' If you read the reviews below, it s very obvious that the same person in the management office is writing all of the more recent reviews since they all begin with the line; "I lived...." and because I have the benefit of living in the building, I know first hand who it probably is. Now to the review - this building is built with spit and roaches, with a few mice running around here and there. The building is run like a ---- concentration camp and they are always in your business, especially Tony. Then there is the rent over charges, make sure you do your research and file a complaint if the previous tenant was paying much less rent than you. I cannot wait to move, I am tired of being treated like a child in kindergarten. And they buy the cheapest of cheap. Although maintenance is good and they fix things rather quickly and within reason, if they would install descent material instead of buying crap (think Dollar Store), things would not break all the time and I mean all the time. And don't fall for the heat is included and will only cost you 35 dollars a month. The windows have leaks and the heating system stinks and will cost you upwards of $100.00 a month if you leave the heat on. The hot water is always going out and be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes even if you wake up early; 20 minutes in you wake up after 8AM. I know this for fact; I time it all the time for the fun of it. Best advice - stay away - you can do much better living anywhere else.

I wrote one of the reviews beginning, "I lived....," and I am NOT, nor ever was, employed by the PT Management.
