A Nice Place to Live
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 5/29/2004
Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2004
I have lived at Washington Overlook since 1998 and I have to say that I have definitely enjoyed my stay. I have stayed in both the 2BR and now 1BR apartments. The units are quite spacious compared to other complexes that I have seen. The neighbors are friendly, diverse and the community is pretty quiet. Its almost like an oasis in the city in that it is in DC but seems like it is elsewhere. Kind of a home away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Each unit has its own laundry closet and some even have fireplaces. Balconies are available to all. The only downside is if you are a pet-lover. Pets aren't allowed. The management is quick in responding to problems and the maintenance is sure to get the job right the first time. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
