Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
First the pro's; The area is nice. There is great parking, and not alot of noise. The grounds are always clean.
Now the Con's; The maintenance is horrible, very unknowledgeable of basic maintenance. The hot water is slim to none! Its always luke-warm. The property manager is very nasty, and shows no concern for issues that may arise. For the price of the rent, I say its not worth it at all.
