This complex looks great from the outside. The internal operations are awful. The management is inefficient. There are not enough people to service the maintenance of the buildings. They tape tacky signs to the windows of the apartment buildings, instead of going to Office Depot or Staples and purchasing a bulletin board to post notices inside. Perhaps the quality of the residents who live there is declining because the management is very unprofessional.
