Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
I am fairly new to the complex.
Here are the pros:
Not a lot of traffic
Clean and well kept landscape and hallways
Most neighbors are really nice.
Here are the cons:
Parents with no control over there children
Very little hot water
Property manager dont follow through on phone calls
Management dont have a clue what they are doing
Apartments are not that old but built cheap--the floors squeak all night
